4H Council

The 4H Council meets at the Fairgrounds Mineral Building and via Zoom. Council Meetings are open to the public.

The Plumas-Sierra 4-H Bi-County Council is tasked with guiding and growing the Plumas-Sierra 4-H Youth Development Program. We are solution focused, youth-focused and always welcome input from 4-H members and their families!

The Bi-County Council provides connectivity between our community clubs, county events, SPIN clubs and 4-H Camp.

In the 2023-24 Program Year, we will be focusing on outreach and delivery modes to expand access to the 4-H youth development model.

We are here to help our Plumas and Sierra County youth find their Spark, Grow their skills and Thrive in our communities!
